Words cannot express how grateful we are for all that they did for us. We met Michael when we called about one of his listings. It had already sold, but Michael took the time to speak to us and find out exactly what we were looking for. I'm sure it's quite the balancing act for a realtor to determine how much to contact a potential client without being an overbearing sales person.....but Michael nailed it! He kept in contact with us enough to let us know he was willing to help, but never ever pressured us. We spoke to a few other realtors at open houses we had been to, but Michael stood out by a mile. From a realtors perspective, I imagine that is not really something you want to hear, but nevertheless, Michael and Lora were tremendously patient with us. We always felt they sincerely wanted us to find our dream home and never once did they they push us towards something that was anything less. They always presented us with potential homes so we were aware of what was available, which was fantastic, but they also always suggested that we do not settle, our dream home would come on the market eventually. Sure enough, it finally did. I just can't say enough good things about them. I don't know how they have the energy, but they made themselves available 24/7. They would meet us at potential houses all times of day, any day of the week. They responded to our crazy texts and calls at all hours.....again, so incredibly patient with us. From the beginning of our search through the successful purchase of our dream home, Michael & Lora exceeded all expectations. They gave us 110% & then some.
