Giving Back to the Communities We Call Home

Lora and I believe that being part of a community means more than simply working here—it means finding meaningful ways to make a difference in the lives of the people who call it home.

Through our involvement with The Charitable Foundation’s, as well as our work with Conejo Valley Village and Senior Alliance for Empowerment (SAFE), we’re proud to support organizations that strengthen our communities and improve the lives of those who need a helping hand.

With every transaction we close, we contribute to our Ventura County Chapter of The Charitable Foundation, which in turn provides grants and support to local organizations making a difference throughout our community. We also contribute our time, talents, and resources to causes that are personally meaningful to us.

For us, giving back isn’t simply something we do—it’s part of who we are and how we believe a community should thrive: by caring for one another.

Senior Alliance For Empowerment (SAFE) is dedicated to informing and assisting very low income, disabled, and veteran seniors, while promoting increased independence and improved quality of life. We facilitate home repairs through Community Development Block Grants and we partner with other local non-profit organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and The Home Depot Foundation to improve living conditions.

The Conejo Valley Village provides members with access to a network of trained and fully vetted local volunteers with just a phone call. The Village offers services and programs designed to help members stay active, connected to our community, and safely independent in their homes, optimizing their quality of life during the second act. Our "neighbors helping neighbors" approach gives members and their families greater peace of mind, knowing a local support network is in place.

We're feeling very grateful to receive this Honorary Service Award from the kind and generous folks at Wildwood Elementary PTA for our annual paper shredding fundraising event! The donations help fund STEAM programs, field trips, assemblies, purchase of new sports equipment and much, much more!

We had a fantastic time at our 2025 Bowling for Charity 🎳, and we’re thrilled to share that Team Radonic took home the tournament win! 🏆 It was a wonderful opportunity to come together with our Westlake Village team and fellow BHHS California Properties agents and employees supporting the Charitable Foundation and the important work it does in our local communities.
